Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the products that we have supplied or simply changed your mind, they may be returned to us for a full refund or an alternative product within seven days of the goods being received by you on the condition that the goods are unused and in the original packaging. If you do this we may ask you to pay the cost of returning the goods to us but apart from this, the whole of your money will be returned to you within 7 days from receipt of goods.

If the goods are faulty or damaged in transit we will arrange for the item to be collected and either replaced or refunded as soon as possible. If you wish to return a product to us please telephone 01223 902000 between 8.30am & 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday and we will give you details of how to make arrangements for collection.

The following items are excluded from our returns policy for reasons of hygiene:

• Mattresses
• Pillows
• Incontinence items
• Commodes
• Toilet seats
• Urinals & Bedpans

We are also unable to accept any return of items that have been specially manufactured to order to your specifications.
