Delivery Details
Courier delivery to U.K. Mainland
Free delivery within 5-10 working days for all orders over £100 (U.K. Mainland South of Glasgow Only)
Orders under £100 inc vat incur a £5.00 charge for delivery within 7-10 working days (U.K. Mainland South of Glasgow Only)
Orders to delivery addresses North of Glasgow will incur a £25.00 delivery charge for delivery within 7-10 working days. We will contact you prior to despatch to take payment details for delivery charge.
Whilst we try to accommodate delivery to work addresses. On your 1st order we reserve the right to refuse delivery to addresses other than the billing address. In this instance we will make every effort to contact you.
Centre Delivery Only
In order to ensure that we sell products ethically we deliver and assemble larger items such as Scooters, Powerchairs, and Rise & Recline chairs using our own staff. This allows us to:
- Ensure correct installation
- Remove all packaging
- Demonstrate the equipment and offer guidance on its safe usage
- Carry out any adjustment necessary to the equipment so that it suits the user perfectly.
- Enable us to offer after sales care and maintenance of the product by our own technicians.
To offer this service it is necessary to restrict our delivery area to the following post code areas only:
CB1, CB 2, CB 3, CB 4, CB 5, CB 6, CB 7, CB 8, CB 9, CB 10, CB 11, IP28, IP 29, PE16, PE19, PE26, PE27, PE 28, PE 29, SG7, SG 9, SG18, SG19
We regret that we are unable to offer this service to outside of the stated postcode areas.
Delivery and installation of Centre Delivery items is FREE and normally takes between 3-5 day.
